A: Yes, of course. We can print whatever you want based on artwork.
Q: Do you offer custom design?
A: Yes, we have a design team over 10 people who can help to offer 3D booth design or graphic design.
Q: What's the production time?
A: It depends on the order item and quantity. It's generally 3-15 days.
Q: How can I set up the booth?
A: Our booth is very easy to be assembled & disassembled. We will offer you the installation instruction. You can set it up by few of your company people easily. Besides, some small booths can be built up only by a few of minutes.
Q: Can I use the booth for next show?
A: Yes, you can reuse it for many coming shows. Further more, our booth structure is configuration, so you can reuse it as the other size & design with almost the same materials.
Q: How to pack? And is it too big for shipment?
A: The product is made by aluminum profiles and fabric graphics mainly, so it's compact & small after packing. For small booth, it's even not over 1CBM. So, it saves the shipping cost.
Q: How to transport?
A: For small order quantity: we can ship it by express, such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS etc.. For urgent order but CBM not so small: we can ship it by air; door to port or door to door service for option. For order big but not urgent: we can ship it by sea; door to port or door to door service for option.
Q: How to order?
A: We will take care of your inquiry, and make sure the design that you like. Then, we will give you the quotation and send you the contract after the price confirmed. And then, we will start the production against the receipt of the deposit. By the way, we will update you during production and send you finished product photos for confirmation before shipment.
Q: How to pay?
A: 50% deposit by T/T or PayPal, the balance is before shipment. Besides, we can discuss others by email.
